We just want to thank you for everything you brought to the third annual Bridge Valley Trail Blazer Race for Autism. It was a huge success and largely in part to all of your support, encouragement and energy. The Bridge Valley course is the toughest one of the series races, with not one, but two "red-lined" hills. Nonetheless, James Munnelly was a stand-out, winning the race with a new course record of 17:15. Nancy Smith won the women's race in 20:21, slightly off the course record. Tough course or not, the day brought many people, many celebrations and even more smiles. It was an amazing day that is best summed up by those who participated in the events. What an incredible event. The fun that all the kids and families have is amazing, the race was perfectly orchestrated, and we really enjoyed everything. Thank you for your huge contributions to others, you guys really make this world a better place. Just a quick note to congratulate you and the whole committee on a fantastic event yesterday. . . . I really think it is the best 5K going! The way the event brings so many facets of the community together makes it full of such positive energy. And, though I really do hate that back hill while I'm running it, I love the course. I really feel like I've accomplished something when I'm finished. It was a wonderful day for an important cause and I was glad to be there. We are already looking forward to 2011 and hope that you will join us along with the thousands of people who came out to the Bridge Valley Trail Blazer Race for Autism this year to celebrate and bring awareness to autism spectrum disorders. If this year is any indication, 2011 will be quite a year! On behalf of the Bucks County Autism Support Coalition, the members of your community, The Bucks 5k Series and everyone on the race committee, thank you for everything! See you in April 2011!
